I can assure you of a warm welcome at my very well appointed Victorian family home in Edinburgh, which has four twin rooms and one family room.
All rooms have en-suite facilities (one room has separate private bathroom).
Bell's
House is very conveniently located close to the centre of Edinburgh, and is also well situated for Murrayfield Rugby Stadium, The Corn Exchange, Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), and Heart of Midlothian (Hearts) Football Ground.
All rooms except our Family Room (which has exclusive facilities including a bath a few feet away) have ensuite shower, WC and wash basin, and can be configured as twin or double rooms.
Rates range from £20-£40 per person per night including cooked breakfast, and arrangements can be made for longer-term stays.
